M&M Jones Web Studios (joneswebdesigns) is the developer and seller. The purchase is one 10-pack of website templates (Natural Hair Salon designs) as presented on this page, not ten bespoke completed websites. The price is $997 USD, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. The price charged at checkout is final for your order.
Delivery & project transfer
The seller delivers the 10-template project by initiating its transfer to your valid Lovable account within 2 business days after payment is confirmed and your account email is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You must accept the transfer to complete access; this is not an automatic download. A missing or incorrect account email, delayed acceptance, or a platform outage may delay access. The seller will communicate any delay and arrange completion or a refund if delivery cannot be fulfilled.
Done-for-you setup (first 25 buyers)
The first 25 confirmed paid orders, counted in order of payment across Stripe and PayPal, receive free setup of one chosen design: business name, contact details, hours, services, prices, photos you provide, booking link and the request form, with one round of revisions. Send complete details when you are ready; there is no submission deadline or automatic forfeiture. Setup scheduling is agreed separately after complete content is received and is distinct from the 2-business-day project delivery commitment. Setup does not include custom design, copywriting, domain purchase, paid subscriptions, or ongoing maintenance. The offer has no cash value and is not transferable.
Payment, taxes & order confirmation
Payment must be confirmed before delivery. Prices are in USD; any applicable tax is shown at checkout. PayPal payments must include the correct amount, the product name and your Lovable account email. A pending payment is not a confirmed order. Payment-provider fees and currency-conversion charges, if any, are controlled by your provider. Duplicate or incorrect payments should be reported to the seller promptly for correction. Offer changes apply only to future orders and do not change an accepted order.
Final sale, refunds & statutory rights
This is a final-sale digital product: no change-of-mind refunds after project transfer is started, except where required by law. If the seller cannot deliver the purchased project, you receive a full refund. If it is defective or materially different from the description, contact the seller for correction or the remedies required by law. Any statutory cancellation, digital-content, warranty or refund rights remain intact. Purchasing alone does not waive a cancellation right where separate express consent is legally required. You may contact the seller first about a dispute, but this does not restrict payment-provider or legal remedies.
License & intellectual property
After confirmed payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to customize, publish and use the ten templates for your own business or client websites you build. You may hand a customized website to that client, but may not resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the uncustomized templates or source as a competing template product. The seller retains rights in the original designs and may continue selling them. Third-party software, fonts and assets remain subject to their own licenses; no exclusive rights are transferred. Included sample photos are for these websites only; verify suitability, permissions and applicable asset terms before publishing or reusing them.
Buyer content & permissions
You retain ownership of content you supply and give the seller permission to use it only to complete your setup and delivery. You confirm you have the rights and necessary permissions for supplied photos, logos, text and personal information, including appropriate consent for identifiable children. Do not provide unlawful, infringing, deceptive or sensitive content. The seller may decline such content and request replacements. Replace all sample business details, reviews and team biographies before launch; sample testimonials must never be presented as genuine customer reviews.
Third-party services & ongoing costs
A Lovable account is needed to receive the project. Publishing, a domain, hosting, email delivery, booking tools and payment processing may require separate accounts, subscriptions or charges. Those costs are not included in the purchase. Third-party availability, account approval, pricing and terms are outside the seller's control. The purchase does not include ongoing hosting, maintenance, security monitoring, future feature work or compatibility updates unless separately agreed in writing.
Website compliance & accessibility
Before launch, the buyer must review their content, service prices, taxes, booking policies, accessibility, privacy notice and any required cookie or marketing consent for the jurisdictions they serve. The templates do not certify compliance with accessibility, privacy, consumer-protection or industry-specific laws. Booking requests are not confirmed appointments unless the business confirms them. The seller's responsibility for its own legal obligations is not transferred to the buyer.
Privacy & data handling
Stripe or PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms; the seller does not receive full card details through this website. The seller uses order, contact, billing and setup information to fulfill purchases, communicate, maintain legally required records and resolve disputes, and does not sell that information. Relevant information may be shared with the payment and project-delivery services needed for fulfillment. Contact the seller through your purchase channel for access, correction or deletion requests, subject to applicable record-retention duties. After transfer, the buyer is responsible for customer information collected by their site and access to their own accounts.
Warranty & limitations of liability
Except for the delivery commitments and rights required by law, templates are supplied as-is and as-available. To the extent permitted by law, the seller disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee sales, search rankings, error-free operation or uninterrupted third-party services. To the extent legally permitted, the seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses and total liability for this purchase is limited to the amount paid. These limitations do not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where applicable, or any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be limited.
Delays outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for a delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as a platform outage, natural disaster or widespread service interruption. The affected party should communicate promptly and work to resume performance. This does not excuse indefinite non-delivery, remove a refund entitlement, or override mandatory legal rights.
Disputes & applicable law
Contact M&M Jones Web Studios (joneswebdesigns) through your purchase channel with your order reference and the issue so the seller can attempt a good-faith resolution. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, restrict lawful chargebacks or prevent you from using courts or consumer agencies. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by law, including any mandatory protections where the buyer resides; no unconfirmed seller state or court venue is imposed.
Agreement, changes & severability
These terms and the offer displayed when your purchase is confirmed describe the agreement for the pack. Extra services require a separate written agreement. Future revisions do not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase without lawful agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. Mandatory rights take priority over conflicting wording.
